Please ensure payments are made on all orders within 7 days of placing the order.

The order will be dispatched only when payment has been received and cleared.

Ownership of items remain with Eva Amour until payment has been received.

By accepting our terms and conditions, customers agree that they will not make against DD Trading NW Ltd a Merchandise Charge-back, but will refer any issues with regard to a transaction back to us directly. A fee of £25 will be payable if a customer makes a charge back claim via their credit card without allowing DD Trading the opportunity to resolve any claim.





PO Boxes, Packstations etc

We are unable to send items to PO Boxes, Packstations or similar, as all our items require signatures upon receipt.


Dispatch Times

Most items clearly state dispatch times, many on the same day. Orders received before 12 midday will usually benefit from Next Day delivery on in-stock items if delivered to mainland UK. Please allow between 3 and 10 working days (Monday - Friday) for non-stock items unless stated otherwise, such as made to order items. All items within the order will be sent together and will be dependent upon the longest time frame of the items within the order.

Delays sometimes can result due to circumstances beyond our control. These maybe but are not limited to unforeseen problems within the supply chain. We will endeavour to keep you informed of any such delay and will be working hard on your behalf to expedite any outstanding orders from the supply chain.



Eva Amour use DHL, InXpress / UKmail, The Post Office, Royal Mail and Parcelforce as our delivery agents. Your payment for postage includes insurance up to the stated amount with these companies. In the event of loss or damage during transit, liability for this is with the relevant companies and Eva Amour can only assist customers in claiming for any loss incurred.



All packages require a signature upon receipt. Please note that our couriers do not ID people signing for parcels. Both our and our courier’s liability for delivering the items end upon receipt of a signature at the mailing address. Customers are advised that they need to take care if others at the customers address could sign for a package without authority.


Import Duties and Taxes

Customers from outside of the UK are responsible for any import duties, taxes and or charges incurred upon entry to their own country.


Lost or undelivered items

Please inform us of items that have not been delivered within estimated delivery times. Royal Mail and Parcelforce don't consider parcels as missing until 15 working days (20 working days for non-UK) after postage, (Monday to Friday) plus the estimated date of delivery. I.e. 3 working days for 2nd Class Parcels. We will make a claim on your behalf to the relevant company. Upon a successful claim, we will send replacement items. The customer must provide Eva Amour with any relevant information that is required. Failure to do so, may result in Eva Amour ceasing to deal with any claim on your behalf. All correspondence can be shared with the relevant companies and agencies such as the police. Customers are reminded that it is a criminal offence to make false claims / statements.


Damaged or Missing items from Packages

Please inform us immediately of any damaged items or missing items from a package. Eva Amour will, as above, act on your behalf to make a claim to replace damaged, missing or stolen items. You will be required to send back all damaged items and packaging from a consignment that had a missing item. Failure to do so will result in Eva Amour no longer being able to represent your claim. The customer must provide Eva Amour with any relevant information that is required. Failure to do so may result in Eva Amour ceasing to deal with any claim on your behalf. All correspondence can be shared with the relevant companies and agencies such as the police. Customers are reminded that it is a criminal offence to make false claims / statements.


Unable to deliver items

If your parcel is unable to be delivered, it may be returned to us. In this case, you will retain ownership of the items and will have to rearrange and pay for redelivery costs. No refunds will be given for undelivered items. Lost items will be replaced.


Postal Insurance

Please note that if on ordering you have chosen postage with a lower insurance level than the value of your products, then Eva Amour cannot be liable for any shortfall in the event of a claim being made. In this event, you will be required to make up the difference in price before replacement items can be sent.



We only accept returns of faulty items.

Please do NOT send returns until you have had authorisation from us.

Please fill in the Returns form fully to contact us about a refund.

Please make sure items are in the condition they were sent in.

If there is damage due to incorrect use, then we cannot guarantee that we will accept a return.

On occasions, we may ask for you to provide us with an image of an item. This is so we can get a better idea of what is wrong, and how we can deal with your request.

In accordance with the Sale of goods and services and data protection act 2015, returns for any other reason will only be accepted if returned within 14 days of receipt of the goods. The goods must be un-opened, un-used and in the condition that they were sent. Goods that are not sealed or that the seal is broken, will be deemed as exempt under the regulations as 'Goods by nature cannot be returned' as hygiene cannot be guaranteed'. Outward postage and return postage will be deducted from any refund and in addition a Handling Fee / Re-stocking fee will be charged. (see refunds below). Any customs charges from items return from outside of the EU will also be deducted from any refund.




Refunds can only be made after returns have been inspected and a refund has been granted. We may seek advice from the manufacturer to determine faults or misuse

If we believe the item has been deliberately tampered with, we may refuse the refund.

If the item is damaged due to misuse, then we cannot guarantee a refund.

Eva Amour cannot take responsibility for damage caused to items by a third party.
If an item is lost or damaged during delivery, we will only replace the item. We will not offer a refund in this case.

Items returned within the Sale of goods and services and data protection act, or those outside of these regulations, will be refunded less postage costs of sending and returning the item/s. A handling fee / re-stocking fee will also be charged as follows:

Item/s value £0    - £99.99    = 25%

                £100   - £199.99  = 20%

               £200    +            = 15%


Refunds will be made within 28 days of a refund being granted or upon cancellation of an order (see below)




Orders maybe cancelled before dispatch on stock items. Non-stock items / items ordered in specifically for a customer or made to measure item items cannot be cancelled and will proceed unless cancellation is received before we have ordered these items for you.

Cancellations cost our company fees with our merchant bank, both collecting the original payment and processing a refund.

A charge of £1 will be deducted from all refunds sent due to a cancellations made by customers. This charge will not apply if orders are cancelled by Eva Amour.  

Eva Amour retain the right to cancel orders without notice.


Age of Consent

To place an order, we require all customers to be over 18 years old.

On placing an order, you have confirmed that you are over the age of 18 and are aware of the age restrictions on these products.



We make every effort to be sure that all prices are correct, although sometimes mistakes can occur.

Please note that if we do discover a pricing error, we will give you the option of either amending your order to the correct price or cancelling the order.

If we do not hear from you within a week of us contacting you, then we will automatically cancel the order. If you have already paid for the products, you will receive a refund.

We reserve the right to alter prices without prior notification.



Any weights shown are the packaged weight of the product/s and not the actual weight of the product.



Our website, Eva, is fully protected using a strong SSL Certificate. This protects our customers payment details, order information and email addresses, so you can shop with us in the knowledge that you are well protected.

We do not share any information (payment, email addresses, postal addresses, names, order details) with anyone other than you.

We comply with the Data Protection Act 1998 and GDPR Regulations, and all of your personal information is treated as confidential.


Price Match Promise

We will price match items that are available by another company on the day of the item/s purchase from us (excludes offers and promotions). The company must be based in the UK.

The Price we match against is the price of the product, plus the post and packaging costs. eBay and Amazon are excluded from this offer, however maybe included at the discretion of DD Trading (NW) Ltd and its staff.  We will honour a price match up to the stated time on a specific item if longer than the our usual 72hrs after purchase. The decision to award the Price Match is at the discretion of DD Trading (NW) Ltd and or its servants. Any decision is final.



Our own images, our logo, our banners and our adverts are all copyrighted to us. Please do not share, save or use our images without our permission first.

All brand names, logos and titles are trademarks or trade names of their retrospective holders.



Sale Items & Offers

Items already discounted in the sale section are not included in any other offer or discount.

Discount codes applied to such items will not be recognised and customers will be invoiced for the difference before orders are dispatched.
