Where is my order?
Once an order has been shipped, you will be notified by the email address you have provided.
We will also provide a tracking number which will allow you to keep track of where your parcel is.
We aim to deliver all orders within 14 days, although this may be delayed due to public holidays or a stock shortage from our suppliers.
In the case of a delayed order, Eva Amour will contact you via email.
I don't want people to know what I have bought. What will the parcel look like?
All of our items are sent in plain, descrete packaging.
All orders are shipped in plain mail bags or descrete cardboard boxes.
How much does postage cost?
Postage is charged by weight and depending on the country of destination. The cost will be clearly shown at checkout and before payment.
There may be several postage options available at checkout. These are to give our customers more control over their order.
Please note that more expensive options do not necessarily mean a faster delivery. Often, the cheapest method is the fastest. The estimated delivery time is stated on selecting the postage option.
Please ensure that you select an option which has insurance to the level of your order sub-total.
Who is delivering my order?
UK - Delivery to the UK is mainly made by either Royal Mail or DHL, depending on the service selected.
Outside of the UK - Delivery outside of the UK is usually made by either Royal Mail, DHL or UKMail, depending on the service selected.

I want to return an item. What should I do?
We will accept returns if a product is faulty and has not been used, provided the item has not been damaged due to misuse.
Returns due to incorrect size ordered will be subject to additional postage charged at the actual rate for the item.
Some items may incur a restocking fee.

Are my details secure?
Our site is certified safe using an SSL Certificate.
We use Secure Trading as our payment processer to enchance the safety of online payments.
We will not share any customer details with any third party at all, unless a claim is made for a lost / damaged in transit items. In this case, details maybe shared with our carriers etc.
We comply fully with the Data Protection Act 1998, and we are GDPR compliant.
I don't want people to see where I have shopped. Will Eva Amour show up on my bill?
No. Any orders placed with us will show up as DD Trading on your transactions.
